There were a few issues with the movers which were primarily our fault. We were scheduled to have them come on the 20th; however, it was supposed to rain that day so we called a couple of days before to reschedule for the 21st. We were set for them to come between 8 and 9 am on the 21st. Ultimately, the rain cleared the morning of the 20th so the coordinator, Michael, asked if they could still come that day. We thought it would be better to keep with the 21st. Later in the day; however, we were done packing and called to see if they could still come. I understand we changed things a couple of times so it wasn't their fault that they weren't able to show up until around 5:30. By that time it was already dark and the 2 movers, Mike and Chris, couldn't get a lot done. They were loading our things into a storage container which had no light it in. They were both really nice and apologetic about being late which wasn't really their fault. They worked for an hour and said another crew would have to return in the morning to finish. Michael called later to confirm that he and another guy would come the next morning at 8. They showed up around 8:30. They did not finish loading the container until literally the moment the truck came to pick it up. We were very concerned about the time but we did not feel that Michael was. He originally stated that the national average for loading containers is 4.5 hours which is what he wanted to charge us. We were able to agree on 4 hours. The other mover, Greg, stayed in the container the whole time situating everything. This guy was awesome. However, we think they could have completed the job sooner it they had moved our things quicker. We thought the other 2 guys worked harder after a full day of moving compared to the 1 guy showing up to the first job of the morning.

It was fabulous to find this service and get help the SAME DAY. The workers were just fine and did a great job. There was a bit of confusion with the scheduler calling and asking where to meet and should we change the meet place, but it WAS same day service and it DID work out great. I would recommend this for anyone and use them again!

They were in contact by phone for directions and arrived on time. They had the tools they needed to take apart my beds and move them where I directed. They were very careful, and worked hard. I would definitely use them again.

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?

With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.

We refund up to one unused hour over our min..

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
