First let me say that all the people that I talked to were friendly and helpful. I gave an okay rating since I was not there and the person I thought would be there to supervise was a no show. I was not there when the guys came to load the truck. I knew they were to come after lunch time. I paid for 4 hours of work and was told they got the job done in 3 hours. I was told all went well. I wish I had a proper lock but the people from the day before did not let me know it would be a problem . I can only hope that I receive all my things in good order when it arrives at my home.
They did call me to tell me the truck was packed and loaded and ready to go. The man I spoke with who loaded the truck seemed knowledgeable and experienced.

They were easy to get in contact with. They called to let me know when they were coming. The guy was friendly. The girl who supervised was ok. We were told she would be at the move for the next day when the truck was loaded but for reasons unknown to us she did not show. They got the work done in a little less than the 2 hours we paid for. They were experienced and helpful. They knew our time restraints and situation and they worked hard to help us.

Such a great service! I literally reserved our moving labor help the night before the move and they were able to accommodate us. Our movers arrived on time - they were two muscular guys who worked hard and cut our truck unloading time by hours! They were helpful and knew exactly how to move everything, keeping everything protected and safe. We are definitely using them again!

On time, well prepared, worked hard. Most of my house was emptied including antique pieces, piano, all appliances and packed for storage. Very smooth, not one concern. I will definitely use them to return the furnishing to their places. Very respectful and pleasant.

The crew arrived on time, well prepared, and moved my stored furnishing back into my home. Many of my pieces are old and need special handling. My piano and appliances were also moved. Not one problem. They made certain that I was satisfied. AND I WAS!

Scheduled between 8am to 10am, arrived at 10. Since there was not have a lot to unload. Mike said he would put things together since there was not a whole lot to unload. They put nothing together, oh yes they did put bed frame together. In two hours they took two breaks so they wouls make sure to put in two hours. One guy did most of the work the other just supervised. My treadmill would not fit in the bedroom I wanted it to go in, which was fine. But mike told a friend who was here to take it apart in a way to make it fit. My treadmill did not break down in that way. It is still sitting in garage torn apart. We could not get it back together. I have a nick in the door also. I would not recommend this guy to move anyone.
Talked to you since and realize you were not on site. We Never Ever charge customers for breaks time started 10 am ended 12:26 and were billed only 2 hours.
The table that did not get assembled people site were unable to locate the bolts Our crews did not touch the treadmill at all and mentioned how they have been dissembled prior.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.
