My reservation time came and went. When I called someone answered the phone and began talking to me about another job; not even introducing himself or asking who I was and then told me that my reservation had been lost. He said he would fix it but, I had call back 4 times to get an answer and when I did, he said 'let me guess, you haven't heard anything?'. I had already unloaded most of my truck at this point due to my truck return time coming quickly.
After being patronized by the manager, the mover called and patronized me some more, blamed the issue on the manager and the computers. When he arrived at my door, the first thing he said to me was, 'Are you better now?', referring to my frustration on the phone.
Once the guys started, they argued, cussed, asked a lot of personal questions and made a comment about how hot it was and how I should get in my bikini and go jump in the pool. Overall, I felt they were too casual and too social.
The only positive was that in the end, things were moved to where they should be with no damage and I was able to get the truck back in time.
I went ahead and paid them, but I didn't want to. I will NOT be using their service again. They should remember that word of mouth is a powerful thing.

I needed to move from one unit to another in the same apartment complex and Move Help Made Easy was unquestionably the best money I've ever spent. Jason and Lawrence were very professional and did the job quickly. I have already let my apartment complex know to recommend them to anybody that needs to move within the complex in the future, and I will certainly be using them again if/when I move next.

These two movers were efficient and did a very nice job of moving things from a garage to a porch.They were on time, prepared, respectful and I would definitely use them again. the main man , Michael, called several times to make sure we understood each other which was very helpful.

When they arrived they quickly got to work disassembling all my furniture and getting everything downstairs and organized. Once they started getting items outside near the pod they began neatly packing the pod to its absolute capacity. Everything was extremely tight and solid. They did a great job using the blankets I had to prevent my expensive furniture from getting damaged. They even left me space at the front of the pod to pack a few small things I needed for one more day. They went a half hour over the allotted time but I think it was time well spent making sure everything was stable. I will use them again.

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
