I am very happy with this service. I ordered this service on line on Saturday afternoon and was immediately
confirmed by email the movers would be at my scheduled location to remove items from a truck.
Sunday I had a call from Michael the supervisor and he also confirmed that the men would be at my location the next morning before or by 9am.
I was shocked, they were on time and they worked hard to get the job done. They unloaded a baby grand piano
along with several rooms of furniture and then went to the 2nd location to unload the rest of the furniture on the truck.
They were very respectful of our property and did a great job. I have already been remarking to others we know will be moving as to how good they were and
what a great service.
I hope you never change and get so big in the future that you don't have the same response time and eagerness to please.

THEY SHOWED UP TWO HOURS LATE...FOR A TWO HOUR JOB.
UNACCEPTABLE.
I DID NOT RELEASE PAYMENT, YET MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED IN FULL FOR THE COST.
I DEMAND A FULL AND IMMEDIATE REFUND OR I WILL PURSUE CIVIL AND CRIMINAL ACTIONS AGAINST BOTH YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR STAFF.
FURTHERMORE, DUE TO THE NATURE OF A REPOSESSION, THANK YOU KINDLY FOR SENDING OUT STAFFERS WITH WARRANTS FOR THEIR ARREST--WHO FLED FROM POLICE ONCE THEY ARRIVED.
I WANT A FULL AND COMPLETE REFUND BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS on 12/31/2012 or I will seek the most swift and severe legal ramifications allowed by law, both civilly and criminally, as it appears one of your staffers impersonated me in order to have their payment released.

We hired a three man crew to pack a truck. Although it took longer then anticipated the guys did a very good job packing the truck. I had no scuff marks or damage in transit. would recommend these guys and would use them in the future.

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?
With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
