Check out what i said on FB. My guys were the freakin' best!!!! You DO need to upgrade your payment technology. What is the convenience of having a call in release of payment, which i might add was done in the presence of my loaders on speaker phone so they would know they were getting paid only to be called 2 weeks later and be told YOU didn't pay us! Now that's unprofessional! If the call-in payment system is faulty let it go. AND i already filled out this eval. right after my great off load job 3 weeks ago; again my off loaders were the best. Had you not called ME for payment even though your system confirmed the transaction was completed when obviously it wasn't then you would have been getting the high 5 straight 10 eval. But chicky baby calling me last week for the payment not only ticked me the HELL off, but it reset your automated eval system and now you get this less than stellar eval.

WOW, what a great experience I had with Hire A Helper. I needed help to move furniture and boxes into a trailer with just a few days notice. It was easy to select the type of help I needed on the date and time I needed the help. It was easy to pay and even easier to contact and talk live with the people who I had hired. The helpers called me ahead of time to communcate any details and called me ahead of time to let me know when they would arrive - which was on time!
The helpers were VERY professional and even harder working.
I will defintley use Hire A Helper again!

This is the 4th truckload we have hired Move Help Made Easy to unload (26 ft UHAUL trucks) as we move to the state of Arizona. We have moved our household as well as our business related professional equipment and materials. The workers were always friendly, professional and helpful. They worked efficently and carefully protected our belongings. They were accomodating when we needed to unload items in the same truck at two different locations which was particularly helpful. They even helped unload a tractor from one of the trucks. We will use them again when the need arises and based on our experience, can recommend them highly. Tony N.

The movers were very helpful in moving us out efficiently. We had a few furniture pieces that I thought would be tricky, but they were able to move them with no problem. No complaints at all, I would recommend this; it definitely made our move easier and fast.

I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I plan on using them again. They called to inform me they were on the way. They were extremely polite and friendly. They brought all the necessary materials and equipment. They wrapped my furniture with the utmost care and treated it as if it were their own. I have not a single complaint and appreciate their work. Once again I plan on using them to move into my new house.

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?
With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
