Great job. Michael and Michael worked very hard and into the night. They very much respected my goods and took care on packing. we had some oldie tunes going on the radio, Michael and I did some dance moves, and at the end of the day he didn't charge me for the dance time. LOL. Good dancer too! I would defiantly use them again.

The company was my miracle for moving day when they scrambled to fill my need for two movers because my original help from another company bailed out. Michael was in frequent contact with us to keep us informed of the status of arrival of the moving team. They arrived the same day as promised and completed the move in less time than I expected. The movers were courteous and respectful. They used their moving experience to get most of the boxes into the trailer when I thought more would be left behind. I'm so grateful that they were able to save the moving day for us. Thank you!!!

Our two movers were on time, to move furniture from within a residence, into the garage. Two sofas, an end table and a large TV were on the second floor.
They were prepared for the job and in fact were prepared with the appropriate arm straps to move a huge heavy old TV that was not included in the original description. They worked carefully and slowly so as to prevent mishap - a quality I appreciated!

the two men that helped us were great. They reviewed all our boxes that we had packed. They placed all pieces large and small very carefully so that the shipment would nor shift. They had a tremendous respect for some of our furniture pieces that were very fragile and helped us to pack them properly.
We decided to pack our Aunt's materials ourselves but had we hired them for this part of the move I bet that they would have done as careful, if not a more careful job than my brother and. I highly recommend this company.
I also highly suggest reading all the materials that come with your contract because most of my questions were answered in this material. Also, best to plan on extra time because good packing especially for a long road trip takes time.

worked very slow and took alot of breaks. They weren't sure how to load a heavy item and suggested that they return in the morning with another man. they did not have tools and borrowed mine ( i'm glad that I had them to lend). I pray that when we unload tomorrow everything is ok. I wouldn't do this kind of work for any amount of money. I felt like this job could have been done in half the time.....oh well

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
