Excellent job by an excellent crew... they came ready to work even after their previous job kept them over their allotted time. During the hottest day of the year so far in 2011, they worked tirelessly to pack neatly and in balanced manner my 26' Penske truck. When Penske's Simple Moving Labor partner failed to book and show up, these guys came to rescue. I am very satisfied with this crew and company. I wish I could post a follow up unload review once it is unloaded. Thank you for the great attitude and work ethic. Hire these guys with confidence!!

I had a good experience with my movers. I called to see if they would show up early as I arrived at my destination several hours prior than expected and they were able to accommodate me. Nice guys, laid back, got the job done, no hassles.

I was less than satisfied with the workers who helped to unload my truck from Ohio. Two occurences I was not pleased with were the mishandling of a box with two printers in it that was dropped by a worker. Also, one glass trifle bowl in its original box was broken when dropped.. The same worker dropped both boxes. I left a voice message regarding this matter and haven't received a response from Move Help Made Easy. I received a call from one of the workers named Will, on the second day about payment being released . However the broken items were not addressed.
I would have felt better if they had been pro-active about replacing the trifle bowl and concerned about the condition of my dropped printers. (damage if any to the printers needs to be determined)

We have left multiple messages to get the bowl resolved without a call back. I am sorry to hear you had had to contact us about the damage. The paperwork was late getting turned in and we have changed our policy on how paperwork is handled. Sometimes damage does happen and we want to address it immediately. I know you must have been very frustrated that day also since you had to reschedule a couple times do to challenges in your trip. We look forward to resolve the bowl asap.

I hired 3 guys for two ours. Two of the three moved at a good pace but the other was very slow. He also took multiply smoke breaks per hour and at one point I saw one of the other guys say somethhing to him and he put it out. I also did not like that he was smoking near my couch. Was nervouse about burn marks, non were made. The other thing that was a little strange was with in the first hour they all took two or three bathroom breaks and many more throughout the 4 hour move. I was very pleased wtih the amount of furniture they were able to pack into the truck and that is why I added on two hours. Their boss did call and check up often. I explained that all my stuff was boxed and in a garage and that it has taken a lot longer than I thought mainly due to the one slow helper. He offeredt to make it right and moved some additional furniture at different location for free. The guys were very friendly and nice to my wife and I. All in all I would rate my service as good.Please type review here...

I was sorry to read this review glad we talked smoking on job sites will not longer be allowed. Sometimes when a job goes longer that expected it can seem like that bathroom breaks are frequent we do drug testing and background checks on all employees. Stacking items in a garage is helpful until you start putting the loose items and the light items on top because then we have to remove them to get rebuild them in the truck best future suggestion stack only boxes in garage. we appreciate the work

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.
