We hired the movers to load a POD storage container. Movers were late. They took breaks on a 2 hour work window? Did not follow instruction well. Loaded the pod and now we cannot get the door open or lock it for pick up We will not be using this company again. I have changed my review to ok due to the response from the company. After I called the crew was sent back out the next day and they were able to open the door and correct issues.

The guys were AWESOME!
Cavin called in advance to introduce himself and to let me know they were heading my way and to see if it was OK if they arrived a little early.
When they arrived they asked for instructions regarding what needs to be loaded and got to work right away. Completing the job in just under the 2 hours I had prepaid for.
They were friendly, and super helpful the whole time they were here.
Would definitely recommend them again.

Horrible experience damaged multiple items, furniture, Motorcycle, Thousands of dollars of damage and nobody called me to apologize or tried to help resolve this issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY employees are kids that don't know what they are doing.

I don't know what happened with my request for the Movers who were Veterans. I selected the veterans movers because I am a veteran but the telephone number that PODS provide directed me to POGs. If a particular mover is needed use google to get a direct number. I must say the service provided was very good. The driver appeared to be the leader of the crew and he was OUTSTANDING. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Every piece of furniture was damaged. Holes poked, wood tables chipped, scratched, or cracked, upholstery fabric scraped off, missing hardware, you name it. I spent a day back and forth at Ace Hardware trying to match up and buy missing screws to put furniture back together. Boxes were packed first and the furniture and two large handicap scooters went in last and was just crammed in to fit. When the POD was opened, the unloading movers and I saw the furniture pieces shoved every which way and we had to be careful trying to remove it so as not to have everything fall out with more damage. For an already stressful move for my elderly parents, this didn't help.

- Customer is aware that they should provide at least (1) moving-specific furniture pad per each item of furniture.
customer provided NO PROTECTION, NO PADS, NO SHRINK. If the POD was loaded by multiple forklifts, traveleed by truck and customer refused to provide basic and required moving materials for items then this is a CARGO claim and is to be applied to cargo which is transported by POD and by customer as outlined in all documents that Cargo coverage is required by customer. POG has no control of materials or customer choices but are also not liable for customer refusal to make proper choices. Call your insurance company. Our photo files reflect a properly loaded pod. What happens to it for hundreds of miles and multiple trucks over weeks is not in our control. #dontchasenickelstopassdollars

WE are a Niche Famiily Movers- We do not sub contract and we work very hard to provide service customers need and deserve
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
your move team contacts you 30-40 minutes prior to arrival. Time starts upon arrival- not before. Your Team lead is an expiernced mover and your move team is a vetted and trained moving team
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Boxes, boxes and more boxes. Have your items ready for load. Larger items and furniture we will manage when on site
What types of moves have you handled?
From next door to the house around the block to interstate moves to each of the 48 contiguous states & Cananda. Then somewhere in between too,
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The customers, every day iis new and different. getting to know someone even under the most stressful of times and having a commonality during this time
