Elijah and the other helper, I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, we’re both so polite, quick and helpful! They made the hardest part of moving the easiest part and would definitely recommend them and if I ever need services again will call.

They got the job done but one of the movers was smaller than me and for reference I’m 5’0 138lbs.
Because of this they did great on boxes and totes but the larger items THEY STRUGGLED!!! Especially getting things up and down the stairs, because of this we have marks and snicks on the wall. They were okay for unloading our POD but I couldn’t have imagined getting these guys to load it. They also didn’t have the proper tools with them to put the bed together, or any tools for that matter, thankfully we had some.

The team that moved us communicated up to their arrival, they were hard working and everyone I interacted with from the time I made the reservation until the completion of the job was great. I was informed that they would disassemble furniture but they didn't have the appropriate tools and they didn't have tie downs that I expected. Nonetheless, our experience was great!

The two worked really well together. Seams to have a lot of training. Was polite and courteous at all times.

My things were just dumped. Instructions given upon the order that all wood and furniture was to be inside and was repeated to team was not fallowed. My furniture was left on there sides and not put upright. They are placed against the screening on the back porch. They are not saturated from the rain more than likely ruined. And as far as the boxes being tossed around will have to open each one to see what chain was broken. Along with those boxes are all wet also.
Either and or they cannot read not hear or they just didn’t want to. The red furniture dolly is missing along with four square floor dolly’s and 20 moving blankets. They were here, they aren’t at Home Depot in the truck or here.
The team only communicated with me when I pointed out the chained and other furniture that did not belong on the porch. Telling me it was to late then to do anything about it.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
your move team contacts you 30-40 minutes prior to arrival. Time starts upon arrival- not before. Your Team lead is an expiernced mover and your move team is a vetted and trained moving team
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Boxes, boxes and more boxes. Have your items ready for load. Larger items and furniture we will manage when on site
What types of moves have you handled?
From next door to the house around the block to interstate moves to each of the 48 contiguous states & Cananda. Then somewhere in between too,
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The customers, every day iis new and different. getting to know someone even under the most stressful of times and having a commonality during this time

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We refund up to one unused hour over our min..
