I had high hopes for Brandon and Dewon doing a great job for us when they called on move day. They were coming from North Phoenix which is a little over an hour away. The window of arrival was between 8-9 am. They arrived at almost 10 am. They did good for those 2 hours we paid for……..so we thought. Upon unloading this is what we found:
1. Chair was ruined with a large oil stain on the cushion from them putting a pneumatic lift that was in a box, clearly showing what it was, directly onto the cushion.
2. Our 2 drawer file cabinet was loaded upside down and that resulted in a complete mess.
3. They loaded a box of kitchen bottles (oils and vinegars) upside down and the box broke.
4. Our custom built kitchen island, which they insisted we remove the countertop, had the drawers crushed since they piled heavy items on top.
Pretty sad after we even tipped them $50 each when they left. I would have never signed off had I known about all this damage.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
WE are a Niche Famiily Movers- We do not sub contract and we work very hard to provide service customers need and deserve
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
your move team contacts you 30-40 minutes prior to arrival. Time starts upon arrival- not before. Your Team lead is an expiernced mover and your move team is a vetted and trained moving team
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Boxes, boxes and more boxes. Have your items ready for load. Larger items and furniture we will manage when on site
What types of moves have you handled?
From next door to the house around the block to interstate moves to each of the 48 contiguous states & Cananda. Then somewhere in between too,
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The customers, every day iis new and different. getting to know someone even under the most stressful of times and having a commonality during this time
