Came a little later than I had hoped
Were not that enthusiastic
Did not know HOW to wrap items tightly properly. Did not know how to go UP when packing the plastic tubs to save space. Each of the ROW of tubs were not tied off to prevent moving. Furniture chairs were put on top of tubs were not tied off securely, they had moved to the back of the 26 foot long truck. Basically they do not know HOW TO PACK. They should watch a teaching video. One guy smelled very bad from body odor as if he hadn’t had a bath in a week, more than just under arm. One guy looked as if he needed to be TOLD what to do at all times.

Mover's response:
Dont know how to pack: 100%loaded and nothing left behind.
Dont know how to pack:combined experience of over 5000 loads
Note that the griping is about NO damage because NoTHInG was damaged.
A worker in 100+degree weather all day that doesnt smell? Come on we are not here to he petty

Anthony and Aaron were excellent workers. They were friendly, courteous, professional, and didn’t waste any time getting the job done. I’d hire them again in a minute. I very much appreciate that this service is available for people like me from out of town who don’t have local friends to call upon for help. Thank you for making this chore a pleasure.
Have an awesome week!
Peace~Katryna

Hard working, good humored folks. They more than earned every penny and helped my family out tremendously. I recommend this company any day.

Dave & Joe did an excellent job! They were quick but careful with our goods. There was a mix-up in the scheduling and they arrived later than planned. This was my second time to use POG, and I would definitely use them again!

30 minutes late.
They were prepared and worked hard.
Finished unloading early and 2 of the 3 seemed reluctant to assist with other moving activities (putting the bed together, etc.), even though they were being paid through the 2 hours booked.
They were very respectful of our property and goods.
I would use them again.

There were 3 of them. It was quite warm. Not a great deal to do. Moved 4 pieces of exercise equipment and a mattress. Only 2 did the move while the third dealt w a flat tire. They comment I'd make was they were 3+ hrs late with no phone call. (I learned the job in front of us was bigger than anticipated.) We wouldn't have known if we had not called to track them down. I was unable to be on site due to a family hospital situation and I had a friend waiting at the property to supervise. It would have been nice if the office or the men in the truck had called.

Mover's response:
Thank you but I think you forget that you and I had a very nice conversation on the phone and that we were within our to our time window and that are three man team that you had requested was there and the whole job was completed with all three men on site thank you though for taking into consideration that because you weren't there the job did get done we did show up there was no damage either to or during the the delivery or from in spite of the fact that you didn't have any moving pad in order to protect your property glad we're up to do a job that you couldn't do and that's average for five star service
