On time, fit me in when I scheduled the night before. Prepared with hand truck, door protector, and mats to protect my floor. Worked hard, I have 2 flights of stairs. No damage to my property. I would use them again.

Dave and his helper were on time, came into the house and surveyed what they were going to pack and then got right to work. They listened to our concerns about what was packed and respectfully listened to all of our questions and worked to be sure the goods were packed to our satisfaction. They were able to get all of our "stuff" into the pod. They were miracle workers. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

They did a good job. The lead helper was awesome but his helper needed too many directions on what and how to do leading to slow-downs and less work accomplished.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
WE are a Niche Famiily Movers- We do not sub contract and we work very hard to provide service customers need and deserve
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
your move team contacts you 30-40 minutes prior to arrival. Time starts upon arrival- not before. Your Team lead is an expiernced mover and your move team is a vetted and trained moving team
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Boxes, boxes and more boxes. Have your items ready for load. Larger items and furniture we will manage when on site
What types of moves have you handled?
From next door to the house around the block to interstate moves to each of the 48 contiguous states & Cananda. Then somewhere in between too,
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The customers, every day iis new and different. getting to know someone even under the most stressful of times and having a commonality during this time
