The guys showed up earlier than contracted, which was ok. They immediately started working and were prepared for our things to include our heavy items. They completed the work without any supervision and even stayed an additional hour to help with last minute items. I would highly recommend them!!

Hired 2 helpers for 3 hours to load a PODS storage container with furniture, a zillion heavy boxes, etc. Arrival time was scheduled for between 11 am and 12 pm. At 12:30 I called to find out where they were. Apparently delayed because of car accident. Danny was apologetic, and unaware that his guys hadn't shown up. He immediately offered to come do the job himself, with another helper. They arrived as soon as they could (2 pm). Worked hard to fit everything in. Very courteous and careful, pleasant to be around. Efficient too -- got the container loaded in just over 2 hours. Despite the initial snafu, their kick-into-action response was appreciated, and they did an excellent job. Would recommend them/hire them again.

Great job! They even came a bit early by my last minute request and worked their tails off loading our truck. We ended up with a smaller truck than we wanted due to a mix up with the rental, and they packed it as full (and neatly!) as possible. Thanks.

Danny and Ricky called approximately 15 minutes before their on-time arrival. They were friendly, extremely helpful, and really hard workers. They moved some heavy items to a garage a little further from the apartment without complaint. They finished within their two hour window and helped clean up the POD. Two very polite guys with a solid work ethic. They are highly recommended.

Four days before the move, I rescheduled from afternoon to morning. When they did not show up, I called the owner, Danny. First he tried to say that my job was for the afternoon. Then he acknowledged that he "double-booked" me (I had a text to prove the time change). He agreed to send one more man for free. The crew did a good job. But at time of payment, he tried to count an additional hour (to make up for the free mover, maybe?). The lead mover sided with me so I did not end up paying extra. So, good movers, but poor management, borderline dishonest.

The movers showed up on time and were prepared for the job. I needed them to move from one apartment to another within the same complex. They required us to empty or remove the drawers from the dressers, which we did. they carried the dresser, but did not move the drawers. They moved the sofa, but not the cushions. I had hired them for two hours and I thought they could have done more within the allotted time. I am giving them an average rating because they did an average job. If I had to do it over, I would probably not use this service again. There are other movers who might be able to do the job better for a better price.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.
