These guys were fantastic. I actually arrived a little later than I planned, but they were there, ready to go, and even finished early. They focused on unloading all the heavy stuff first to make sure it was taken care of. They were fast, careful, and courteous. I would definitely recommend them again and I plan to use then for my next move as well!

Superior Service did a great job! They were about 30 minutes early and called to notify us of this. They worked efficiently and were done in the allotted time. I requested they bring dollied which they did. We plan to use them again when we move in a few months.

I have to say, I did not think I had much stuff to move...but when I realized I had more than I bargained for, I needed some movers. This company took care of everything and did it in great time. I recommend them very much. When I need to move again I know who I will be looking for.

I hired three men for three hours to load a 16 foot "Packrat". Two arrived on time. One was about 5 minutes late. I have very tall ceilings so the stairs were about 1.5 stories high. They worked hard and did a very good job. My only concern would be that they were booked for another job at 2:00. Since we started at 11:00, that would have eaten into my 3 hours had they not finished early. I don't appreciate that kind of behavior on the part of the provider. The boys themselves were great.

Mover's response:
Our crews will NEVER leave a job early due to another job's start time. This issue was a misperception on part of the customer. We would have corrected this misperception if it had been shared with us.
NOTE: Our men do not share start times with our customers. If you overhear the men speaking about a following job, please disregard it. We have many crews working simultaneously that can cover for each other in the case that one is held up.

Two movers showed up with dollies and worked hard for the time I requested. They called a few days before and said they would be a half hour late and then the day of show up another half hour late on top of that due to another job. Despite that hiccup I would still use them again since they are respectful with my stuff and work hard.

Everything was really great except my bed got a couple scratches on it !!!

Mover's response:
It is the customers responsibility to provide us with sufficient furniture pads to cover every piece of furniture that is to be moved. You will 1 to 3 furniture pads per item depending on its size. Furniture pads are not interchangeable with other linens such as towels, sheets, rugs, ect. The linens earlier mentioned are not designed to protect your furniture while its in transport and as a result of that they will not.

The guys were pretty good, worked hard, were polite; HOWEVER, I had put in the work order that I needed supplies--pads, tie downs, boxes, and help packing. They said there was a new girl 'working the desk' and she hadn't told them any of that. They also said different people are usually sent to pack; however, I had purchased supplies 'just in case' and they, like I said, were very kind and helpful. (Consequently, quite a few things didn't make it into the POD before the scheduled delivery, and I wound up having to stuff my car like a college student and drive them all the way from TX to NY!

We apologize for the mix up. Packing supplies must be purchased from us at the time of scheduling. It is the customers responsibility to make a VERBAL request to purchase packing supplies. Most customers do not appreciate us offering to sell them products, so we have decided not to do so. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?

All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.

We provide a small roll of plastic wrap at no charge. If more is needed a large roll is $20.00, (upon request, no fee)
