They were awesome. They unloaded a 26ft truck in 1 1/2 hrs. Versus a company we used in Mississippi. The prices were reasonable and we can't say enough good stuff about this company. We will definitely be using this company again. Thank you for your help and professionalism.

The movers had done a good job overall! They were efficient with getting the job done in time, showing that they did not idle. They also knew how to pack the truck taking care to prevent shifting and damage. They disassembled and reassembled beds without any issues, even assembling a new boxed IKEA bed frame. There was an accidental wall ding but the movers had done all the work requested, working around the construction crew. One improvement that could be done is to wear their uniforms as advertised.

When we leave the office in the morning we are all wearing uniforms but due to the nature of the business, as the day progresses we may have to change our shirts because of sweet, grease, dirt, spiderwebs, mud or just about anything else that you can image that we encounter on any given move. We all have many superior shirts but sometimes even that many is not enough. We apologize if this caused an inconvenience and assure you that we are thinking of ways to resolve this problem. Thank you.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?

All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.

Plastic wrap:

We provide a small roll of plastic wrap at no charge. If more is needed a large roll is $20.00, (upon request, no fee)
