Excellent job. They called an hour before the time window and let us know how far out they were. They arrived on time with all of the equipment they needed. They worked hard the entire time and got the job done within the required time frame. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was tied down and secure, and within the space limitations of the truck. Would definitely use them again. Wish they could help me unload on the other side of my move. Thank you!

They were very responsive thoroughout. Called to confirm scheduled arrival time, and adjusted arrival because PODs was “late”. That saved me some extra $$$. When they started, it was go, go, go. When the container was empty, they asked if anything needed to be moved to specific rooms, and my wife said yea please. :-). These guys came ready and far exceeded my expectation. Excellent job well done gentlemen!!!!

The two gentlemen who loaded my 1-800PackRat container arrived on time and were professional throughout the two hour time period. They handled furniture and other items with care, and kept me informed at all times regarding space available in the container. They were patient, hard-working and kind. Did good job for what they could do in 2 hours. Problem was that I thought I could extend their time with us beyond 2 hours and they did not tell us until the time had passed that they were booked for another job and could not stay longer. This forced us to have to delay the pick up of the POD. I did have to delay the date to help us by 2 days and I appreciate that; but was not informed that I could extend their time with us if needed. Why all the reminders about rates for extra time, when they could not stay?
-customer does not wish to pay for the extra time.

-not enough light. (when move is scheduled after sundown).

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
