I needed help moving a very heavy item into a difficult location and it had to be lifted several feet over some shrubbery as well. VIP Movers was able to get the needed 4 movers out early the next morning (after I only contacted them later than 5pm the day before) and they were great! Thank you!

poor attitude had to constantly tell them to continue loading the truck.
they missed packing all components of my deb when they disassembled it.
they dropped my flat sreen tv and broke it. after being told by manager there is no problem with packing the TV in the correct box.
You would be better off hiring day workers.

On time, hardworking,packed me truck tight. No damage other than a couple scratches. I drove a 26 foot truck 1200 miles so that’s good job by them. Would definitely recommend them. Also I ran into a problem with truck and had to reschedule my morning to afternoon. Ron the manager got it done and communicate with me immediately when I called. Gave me a break on reschedule fee also. He’s very good at his job.

The 2 guys arrived on time. They were kind enough to wait for us while we switched out our moving truck. Once we arrived, they quickly went to work. They loaded the boxes and furniture quickly and had the right tools to keep everything tightly packed. They were also very respectful. I will definitely hire them again.
