TERRIBLE I would never use this service again, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid you as well. I booked 2 men for 3 hours and they switched it to 3 men for 4 hours. They were 2 hours late (the confirmation call said 7am and thye arrived at 9am) they were rude and couldn't care less what they were doing. They put FRAGILE glass items-clearly marked Fragile Glass Do NOT stack- on the bottom of book boxes. I now have broken, crushed items. They were annoyed when they had to move furniture and were insulting us in Spanish. 2 of the 3 never spoke a work of English, and I know enough Spanish to follow the conversation. The things they were saying were insulting, rude and completely inappropriate (I don't care what language they spoke but the things they were saying were completely inappropriate in ANY Language). After 2.5 hours they left and the company still billed me for 4 hours. Absolute RIP OFF Scam company. AVOID VIP MOVING at ALL cost. They should be ashamed of their "service" and how they treat people.
We understand that you were upset because a refund was not issued, but since the service was completed, we followed our company policy. We value all feedback and remain committed to providing reliable and respectful service to every customer.

Good morning.. The guys were very hard workers who showed up even earlier than expected and were super helpful. I couldn’t have done it without them. Very respectful to my things and asked where everything was to be placed . Highly recommend this company and guys and would definitely use them again if needed .Thank you again .

Very nice and efficient. We had placed most items to be moved in the garage prior to getting a truck. The helpers arrived on time, were careful with all our items and loaded the entire truck in just over an hour

I will not recommend this people, They were 3 hours 1/2 late, they didn’t know how to acomódate the furniture, they damaged 3 items the leaving room table ,The night stand and a white closet.
They went to buy something to drink on my time and they asked for cash to finish the job. While I was on the phone with the customer service of your company the lady was able to hear him asking me for money, they left because I wasn’t going to give them cash. I had to hire a second group of helpers from. VIP movers they were on time and very helpful due to their delay I had to pay extra for the truck rental . It was a total desaste.

Would hire this crew any time without hesitation! We had a last minute moving request (requested on a Sat for a Monday move - 2 days later). They were able to accommodate. Communication was very professional, kind and clear. Crew arrived on time with the cleanest, most organized moving truck I’ve ever seen. Great group of guys and respectful of our belongings.
