Movers called 10 mins after they were supposed to be there and said they were going to be two hours late. Owner then showed up alone and I had to help her carry a very heavy couch and dresser down three flights of stairs. Mover was very rough on the couch and may have damaged it (can not 100% guarantee that). 2nd mover ubered to our new house and helped unload. However, several things were dropped and spilled during unloading. Both the owner and 2nd mover were professional and polite, but did not make our moving day smooth by any means.

They were great. They arrived during the scheduled time frame. I did not have many items, but they were a little heavy. They finished the job in 1hr, while assembling my bed room set as well. When they arrived Bryce greeted me and introduced himself as well as when he left he gave me all the instructions on how to end the move. My only complaint is my dresser was scratched pretty bad during the move. But I also did not place a moving blanket over it so I take partial blame. Other than the scratch they were great ! I would recommend and hire again. Thanks guys.

You should expect direct communication with us. We will be in contact when crew members are in route to your destination.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect a extremely polite crew with high quality performance the whole duration of the job with no breaks taken by the movers and communication prior to arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have all materials needed for their move prior to arrival(Ratchet Straps , Moving Pads, Plastic Wrap, etc.) Crew Members will arrive with a Hand Truck and a Toolset and will disassemble anything that is needed!
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been all over! We've done long distance jobs as far as New Mexico. We have experience in Military Moves .
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love being able to provide a top-notch service and help families be stress-free throughout their whole moving experience.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are taught hands on how to load trucks to efficiently so nothing shifts on the way to your next location. Crew members properly wrap ,and lift furniture safely and cautiously . We ensure they know proper safety techniques when carrying and lifting all furniture. Crew members are also experienced in Sales in Grant Cardone University.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
