Dispatcher Denise was not friendly and hung up when I called. But the two boys who came to move were great. They were not as experienced as seasoned movers but they had great attitudes and were efficient in moving furniture and heavy boxes. I’d happily work with the boys again but I’d like to see the dispatch/company be more respectful on the phone.

They arrived on time, loaded our furniture with great care, and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was properly secured and protected in our rental truck. Probably on a big job with much packing and furniture to place in a pod, it would be better to get an estimate so that you would know how much it would cost to have everything completely moved, otherwise if it takes longer than anticipated you might have them stop without getting all the small things. I would prefer to have movers do all of it rather than most of it. If you have a price for the move, you know up front what it will cost and then the pressure is on them as to the time it takes to complete the job. They did a good job.

You should expect direct communication with us. We will be in contact when crew members are in route to your destination.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect a extremely polite crew with high quality performance the whole duration of the job with no breaks taken by the movers and communication prior to arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have all materials needed for their move prior to arrival(Ratchet Straps , Moving Pads, Plastic Wrap, etc.) Crew Members will arrive with a Hand Truck and a Toolset and will disassemble anything that is needed!
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been all over! We've done long distance jobs as far as New Mexico. We have experience in Military Moves .
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love being able to provide a top-notch service and help families be stress-free throughout their whole moving experience.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are taught hands on how to load trucks to efficiently so nothing shifts on the way to your next location. Crew members properly wrap ,and lift furniture safely and cautiously . We ensure they know proper safety techniques when carrying and lifting all furniture. Crew members are also experienced in Sales in Grant Cardone University.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
