We had a 28' trailer that was to be loaded with our household belongings and put into storage. Two guys, very pleasant but not entirely prepared. They loaded for about an hour, drove 90 miles to do another "quick" job and 90 miles back to us. Quite a bit of space was not utilized as far as packing from floor to ceiling. The next day, my husband and a friend climbed into the trailer and were successful in getting the remainder of our things on the truck. Nice guys, too big of a job for them.

The men arrived before my scheduled time, but this worked to my advantage in getting the truck unloaded earlier. There was a lot of items, but especially some heavy ones.
The guys worked hard, getting the truck emptied and the boxes, etc., into the garage or house as needed.
I was concerned about one of the guys who must have injured himself, but it didn't affect his working to get the truck unloaded.

The company that loaded the truck did not load very efficiently. The headboard was damaged due to not covering it with a blanket and allowing a bicycle to rub the top of it. It also was not loaded efficiently as there was wasted empty space,

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Initial contact within 24 business hours, follow up phone call the day before your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Phone call approx 30 minutes before arrival on day of move. Movers will be careful, courteous, respectful, hard working, and safety-minded.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please prepare by having loading area clear of snow, ice, and yard debris. Make sure no pets can sneak outside when doors open. For one way moves, please provide appropriate number of moving pads or blankets to protect furniture and artwork.
