This was a good experience! I used a Gomini's portable storage container to stage my home for sale. The Helpers were perfect and did a great job. They loaded the Gomini with all the items and boxes and now the home looks great and ready to sell. We did everything in the estimated time and it worked out great. Thank you for all your help. Mike

Wow! Chris and his crew (Craig) were amazing. Extremely hard working and they were able to pack everything into our storage unit with precision and care. They were very friendly and these are guys that established trust and credibility in the first 15 mins I met them. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the near future.

Asked for 3 helpers, 2 showed up. They were suppose to arrive between 9am and 10am. The arrived at 1:30pm. While they were there they were friendly and worked hard. When the company called to close the job. I informed they of the above. The company handled it well and gave me a discount. However, they also informed the helpers and within a few minutes I received a call from the workers badgering me. I found this very unprofessional.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Initial contact within 24 business hours, follow up phone call the day before your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Phone call approx 30 minutes before arrival on day of move. Movers will be careful, courteous, respectful, hard working, and safety-minded.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please prepare by having loading area clear of snow, ice, and yard debris. Make sure no pets can sneak outside when doors open. For one way moves, please provide appropriate number of moving pads or blankets to protect furniture and artwork.
