On time, courteous, speedy and efficient. Very satisfied. Only critique is that I had called the company twice prior to the move and only got through to VM. The first time I left a message but call was never returned. The second time, the VM mailbox was full. A bit frustrating, but at least in my case, it didn't end up affecting the move. Could be a major problem though in some other circumstances that vendor should try overcome.

The only problem was they were scheduled for 8am but did not arrive until 9:45am. Said they were lost with the GPS. But they were great moved fast and were very nice. Thanks guys we appreciate it!

Chris and Craig were a dream come true! I was moving some pieces out of a large building so there was a lot of shuffling of things to get what we needed. The truck capacity was possibly too small for one trip...but the guys carefully packed and stacked and got it all in. In addition they helped me rearrange the storage building so it was organized and maximized space. Way above my wildest expectations!!! And we completed the move an hour sooner than expected. I would HIGHLY recommend this duo for any project. Cheerful, careful, timely and very customer oriented. I feel very lucky to have had them on my job

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Initial contact within 24 business hours, follow up phone call the day before your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Phone call approx 30 minutes before arrival on day of move. Movers will be careful, courteous, respectful, hard working, and safety-minded.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please prepare by having loading area clear of snow, ice, and yard debris. Make sure no pets can sneak outside when doors open. For one way moves, please provide appropriate number of moving pads or blankets to protect furniture and artwork.

Residential long distance and local, commercial, loading dock, semi-unloading, office and medical equipment installation and removal, piano moving.
