They were very great at their job. Very respectable. They did a great job packing the pod. Would highly recommend them.

We hired three workers for three hours. They showed up a little late but worked very hard and stayed late to make up the time. They were also willing to help longer than what was booked and stay late to help unload the truck. The worker who took the lead managed the other two workers well and loaded the furniture into the pod and truck in a way that utilized the space well. Some of the negatives were the extra charge on the treadmill (the weight of the treadmill did not exceed the weight limit listed for the extra charge), and the fact that they dropped the treadmill on my hardwood floor and caused damage. We had a commercial dolly, and I offered moving straps and sliding pads which were never used. My husband also took the treadmill apart into two pieces to make it more manageable. Another negative is that my floors and brand-new carpet, were left very dirty as it was raining, and shoes were not removed. This is understandable given the circumstances, but none-the-less it took a significant amount of extra time and effort to clean the floors for the new homeowners, when we were pressed for time and exhausted anyway.
And sorry for any inconvenience we might have caused.we will work on this to get better

They were on time. I had paid for the minimum of two hours. Went at things like gangbusters to the point of being very disrespectful of my property-and if me.
Trying to force a desk into a room that is to become an office area, I was told that desk will never go in there. I said oh it must. Again handling it roughly I was told that he does This job many times over and that he could tell me right now it won't fit. I told him if he turned it around and put the legs in first it'll go through the door which it did.
Have a beautiful solid wood oak table. Granted it had a moving blanket on it, but I also have a heavy artist box with metal claw feet. Just set the artist box aside I asked him not to set it on top of the table because those feet would still bark up the table through a blanket. He defied me and set it on the table
anyway.
That first portion of the job was completed in about 45 minutes. With an hour and 15 minutes to go I wanted to move to the second part which is to move some things in the garage so I can get a table out of it. Open the garage door, we're not gonna do it. Are pleading with them all I needed them to do was to move a few boxes and lift the table out of there. Throw things around the table comes out. Then I was reminded that Thyme is money. It's time to move onto the next job. I asked about two hours and he said we're done here, they were paid for two I wouldn't want this individual to handle my furnishings again.

They were on time. Bigger job than what the had initially though and stayed with it, nonetheless until it was complete.
Because of the size of the job, they worked extraordinarily hard to successfully complete it.
They were most respectful of property and of me.

These two guys damaged three of my furniture. Couldn't open two drawers of my dresser. Broke one handle of another drawer. Chopped surface of several furniture. Damaged railing of my stairs.

They were very efficient and effective. They moved our entire 3 bedroom house in less than 2 hours and also put our items in our new respective bedrooms. We will be using them in the future!
