I really enjoyed the guys and they were very efficient - quite personable and I even tipped them quite generously. However, some of my items arrived damaged. I also provided them with many tools (blankets, wrap, tape, mattress bags) to wrap and protect mattresses and they did not do so. My furniture arrived filthy from the truck (not wrapped, wrap was provided), there were spots on my furniture that arrived damaged from rubbing against each other in transport (not protected with the moving blankets provided), and boxes were smashed b/c they placed heavier boxes on top of lighter boxes. Again, while all of my items did arrive and in tact, more care could have been given to how the trucks were loaded so as not to damage our belongings.

Jordan and Gus arrived late, but called before the start time to say they were delayed by the rain. We appreciated that it was dry when they got here. The contents of the POD had shifted and the door was jammed but they got it unstuck. Jordan and Gus were professional, courteous, helpful, and cheerful. They completed the job in an hour and a quarter, very nice work. We would hire them again.

Movers weren't very friendly or considerate of handling my items with care. Started dumping out contents of boxes to make them lighter without any communication or consideration for the contents of those boxes. They brought a child to the move - which I have no problem with accommodating - but would have appreciated a heads up or having been asked ahead of time. Compared to the movers I had through Hire A Helper in my city of origin, I had a very different experience with Insight.

The staff were very nice, but did a lousy job of packing. Left cabinets half full, dumped pictures in boxes.
The loaders came the next day, complained about how much art I had, they complained about the fact that I had too much glass and mirrors.
Friends came back and had to repack the entire pod because it was done so inefficiently and so poorly that my glass top table and pictures would have shattered after a single bump.
I didn’t give them a single star only because they did show up and the employees were friendly.
But during and after loading we involved u to make sure u were ok with it which u said we did a great job and was very grateful,our time even went over yet didn’t charge u for it.
