Johnny and Jordan were everything I could have hoped for in a moving crew. They gave me ample heads up on their arrival time (right at the beginning of the time window), were both personable and professional, worked hard the entire time, and did an amazing job. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for excellent service and fun while the job gets done.

They were on time and kept at it the whole time they were here. Struggled with the fridge doors and a couple of pieces of furniture, but over-all very good.

The two men were polite, and helpful, however they went to wrong address to start off, called me and said they were on their way to the correct location. Within an hour of starting, both were smoking and then later commented toward the end of the time, that they were running out of time. However, I was moving less then 10 minutes between the two places, and took them almost 30 minutes to drive in between, because they decided to stop at Sheetz, and told me when I called to ask where they were. I had 2 men for four hours, to move about 25-30 items, nothing very large or heavy; and not even a whole house move, thus figured it was plenty of time, based on the company timeline. They got everything packed into one truck load. We got to the destination, they unload, and now two of my shelving units are missing at least 1 or 2 pegs each that hold the shelves. When I asked, they commented "they must have fell"; also one of the shelves corner was also damaged, which was not like that when we left the original location, and neither of them said anything about it, (I found it after they left) They also left one shelving unit disassembled (they had disassembled to place in truck), because they ran out of time. Again, didn't say anything, just left it in pieces on the floor. For my first time using this service, I'm questionable if I will use again. It was not a very "wow" experience, that I had hoped for.

Very professional, very friendly. Surprisingly fast even though they had to carry some pretty heavy stuff to the third floor in our complex. I'd hire them again.
