Kevin and Vic were very nice young men. They were 30 min late but called. This was my 19th move in the last 37 years so feel pretty experienced. . We had all the big heavy furniture ready to go in the truck ,they did pack it well yet needed 1more trip for a couple items. My only complaint is they could have been a little more sensitive to the furniture and the home we moved into. We had new hardwoods redone and they just pushed the dining hutch to the wall without lifting and caused some scratching on the floor. this is our first time using this service and the people setting it up were very helpful. We usually have had company's move us. My grown sons and husband have moved us in town. I was very grateful to have these guys move the heavier stuff we can no longer do ourselves. The whole concept as a whole worked very nicely !

They showed up on time and worked hard. They stayed longer than I had booked them for and assembled furniture. They were there for 3.5 hours and did not take any breaks and did not damage any of our items. I would use them again.

Jeff and Kevin were super. Could not have been nicer and hard working. Have helpers coming to help unload the pod in Nashville in the middle of March. I hope they are equally good guys.
