The assigned folks called to confirm arrival time, were prompt, friendly and very efficient and helpful. They brought with them a dolly and additional tools. I was able to schedule and pay for the services online with ease. Highly recommended.

I was extremely happy with Zooming Moving. The men showed up on time, were friendly and worked hard. They were careful with all of our furniture and boxes and completed the job (a pretty big job) in 2 hours. We would definitely use them again!

Guys did a great job. Great communication from start to finish. They reached out to me because they finished their other job earlier, and we were able to start an hour early. They worked hard and packed the truck and the storage unit like a puzzle, while taking care of my property. Would use again.

These guys were professional, thorough and seriously hardworking. masterfully loaded a 2 foot truck. Cant say enough good things. Also They did not break anything. More importantly, we needed them longer and they had no problem finishing the job. stark contrast to Cincinnati movers who showed up, took >10min smoke break on my time before starting and then made it known that they have to leave on time. Zoom moving was really great. I highly recommend them to anyone in berea/cleveland area.

they were very good till after there lunch break! Show up an hour late no big deal ok u need a little they were told at begining we told them that they would be tipped well . My husband was in the moving business. Basically besides furniture all the boxes were you to put in the back room or in the basement. Very simple directions please hold boxes up that pointed up and do not stack the boxes that are marked fragile on top of each other. Don't go more than three high on anything. While carrying in my husband's $2000 stereo he said don't put anything on top of that and please be careful needless to say it was on the bottom and it was tossed because my husband had the needle arm taped down and that was all over the place two on the bottom of five boxes these were very simple directions given as they were walking in the house with that area since my husband can cannot longer carry anything I know he followed and watched what was coming off the truck as I helped unload the truck so that they would not go into overtime. So basically they showed up an hour late took lunch and when they came back from lunch they weren't the same there was one guy that remain throughout the move basically levelheaded seemed to be oldest he seem to be the older guy had a baseball cap on I'm sorry I don't remember his name. He told them to knock it off as they're carrying in my fragile stuff in front of me they trying to play games and knock the boxes out of each other's and they were tipped over $150 that day so like I said we told him that from the beginning my husband is now disabled so he cannot move himself but it one time was in the moving business. thier clowning around was disrespectful making remarks like oh this is my first day of moving believe me I'm not that picky just put the boxes up straight the stuff that's marked fragile be careful with and please don't put stuff on top of my husband stereo they enjoyed the move I don't think we felt the same. There an hour late because the man's car overheats his transmission is not made to go distances. So you show up an hour late and then take a lunch break and then come back on God knows what after your lunch break because there was a noticeable change in their demeanor after lunch and then required several breaks. About three breaks to catch their breath and do whatever in the car real they didn't take the break like out in the open they went and hid in the car I have damaged stuff from unpacking the truck which is almost unheard of. What I hire them again what do you think. I move stuff in pace with them and didn't require as many breaks to catch my breath at 52 years old so you need to tell your employees their break activities should be done when the job is done I'm sure it's not easy to drug test in a business like this.For what they do is not easy I'm sure half the people they deal with is not easy and let's face it the pay is not great. But when you get told that people were in the business and you're going to get paid well and you still carry-on and get high and go for round in my house with my belongings like a bunch of teenage adolescence I really don't appreciate it.

The movers showed up on time, and finished early. They ran out of blankets, and instead of waiting for me to run to the store to get more, they decided to pack the remainder of my furnishings without packing blankets. Many items were ruined. The desk was destroyed. They were gone in 2.5 hours - had them booked for 4. Was very disappointed that they didn't wait for more packing blankets. I would not use them again.
