Arrived on time, worked fast, had their own loading equipment. Assessed what was needed quickly and then loaded it without more questions. Easily made the unload into our storage within time and with no damage. We would definitely recommend them, especially since our original company cancelled and they jumped in last minute. We really appreciated the team.

The movers were almost two hours late, but did a great job! Very efficient. I paid for three hours but only needed them for 2 hours and 15 minutes.

They were set to arrive between 9-10 and got there at 11:30, that’s our only negative item. Thankfully we weren’t in a hurry that day. Overall they did a good job, no damage to items, helped us out a bunch getting heavy items loaded to our truck, and packed the truck efficiently. We would use them again.

They arrived early and were in a big hurry. They were a little rough with our stuff because of that.
The larger issue we had is that the hire-a-helper site specifically says they have basic tools for disassembly and reassembly. Smart Move refused to unwrap, set-up or assemble anything.

We will definitely be using Smart Move again. We used their unloading services for a Penske moving truck. The unloading (2bd apartment to 2bd duplex) took 2 guys just less than 2 hours. The guys had great work ethic, were very fast, and were easy to communicate with along the way. They were a few minutes late, but had called ahead to give an ETA and there were no hiccups with the service.
