I've hired movers 6 times in the past 15 years, Smart Move outshined them all. They were on time, brought extra moving supplies (plastic wrap, tape, dollys, blankets) - which they used to help wrap and protect my valuables at no extra charge!! They were fully prepared and worked hard, and I mean HARD - as there were 5 flights of stairs at the property I was leaving. They exhibited ingenuity and saved time, when moving about half of my goods down a steep flight of stairs from an upper loft I'd used as storage. They usd two large wardrobe boxes taped together, and slid the items down the "ramp" they'd created. They always asked where I wanted my items placed when we arrived at my new home, and did not damage any items, walls or doors. The load was secured very professionally in the truck, a u-haul I'd rented, not realizing they would bring their own 26 ft moving truck as well, at no extra charge. I will definitely use them again when needed, and will recommend them to everyone I know. Many thanks to Jaso, Tyler, Skylar and Chris. You guys are AWESOME!!

Showed up during the time frame requested. Very hardworking and efficient with the move. Took great care of my belongings and even assembled a queen sized bed from the box in 30 minutes. Would definitely use again.

We were really pleased with Smart Move and the loaders that arrived. We had a little snafu in the beginning in getting all of the gentlemen cleared to enter the base but once that was completed, they went straight to work. All of the gentlemen were very personable, pleasant and professional. I would definitely use them again and have in fact recommended them to some of my soldiers and friends.

I think I was ruined by how amazing and hardworking my previous crew (Go2Movers from Austin TX) who packed our house into the PODS were. Smart Move's crews (we used them on two separate days to unload 2 PODS each day) were courteous and pretty much on time. They completed the job satisfactorily. Little things like stopping for a 15-minute break after 70 minutes of work, taking breaks to fold moving blankets instead of unloading, running dirty dolly wheels over clean carpet etc... all added up to an experience that had us thinking - these guys got the job done but I'm glad we're not trusting them with much more than a simple unload.

The two gentlemen that were sent for the job arrived on time as scheduled. They were prepared for the job and worked hard. Not one time did I feel disrespected and they made sure all of my goods were handled with care. I would definitely use them again!
