I worked with Jorge and Devon from ThunderHorse Moving for removal of furniture and other home goods into a dumpster. So, we could proceed with a full renovation of our home. They were very accommodating, professional and respectful.
They worked extremely hard in the hot sun and only asked if they could take 10 minute breaks...unbelievable. What really makes me feel that they deserve 7 stars and not 5 stars is the fact that when I saw that they were not going to be able to fit everything into the dumpster that we had originally planned, they too everything back out of the dumpster. Then started over again to ensure that they could understand how to fit each piece in properly without wasting space. In the end they were able to fill the dumpster with what I needed and more and in less time that I had scheduled! I actually got refunded back 1 hr. Really great work, and I would love to work with them again.

This team was a last minute replacement for Eagle 1 Movers, who did not show.
In this respect, their promptness was not an issue.
The two workers that arrived first did come prepared and worked hard.
I was not pleased with the level of understanding with regard to how to pack fragile vs other type items. I did not feel that their approach was as professional as it could have been and was disappointed by the overall experience. Two additional workers arrived a few hours later and all seemed young and inexperienced. They were pleasant but did not feel they understood the importance of what they were doing. I would not recommend and would not want them to work for me again.

Jorge and Koby were super careful with our furniture. We moved into a 3-story house and originally we expected it would take more than 2 hours to unload a 16 ft bin because of the stairs. However, they completed the job within 2 hours. They are professional and I would definitely recommend their 5-star service!

The helpers were very efficient, friendly, and thorough. They arrived on time, followed our slightly annoying instructions, and were careful with our fragile items. Iād definitely use them again!

They were okay. I had them just to help pack up a uhaul truck. They said they would come with wrap and a dolly. They did not have the wrap when they came and asked if they would need a dolly. I needed a studio apartment moved. Overall, I was not impressed. They basically came in and just took over the apartment wrapping furniture. I found them to be sloppy and careless. I had a few items that were broken or lost once we arrived at our destination. Needless to say, I will not use them again.
