The Thunderhorse crew we worked with was excellent. They were super patient while we waited for our delivery of our storage pod and were efficient, effective, great listeners and were in and out super quick. Would recommend to anyone.

Yes, they were on time and courteous, however, they were not prepared to move a 2000 lb safe! The only tools they had were a standard hand truck and a 4 wheel roller. I had to provide and teach them how to use steel rod to safely and effectively move the safe out. They took almost 90 minutes just to move the safe when it only took myself and 2 others 30 minutes to lift it up two steps and across the room. Additionally, they ended up bending the plate for the threshold. This in turn cost me a few extra hundred dollars. They also were not good at filling space. Forgot to load items. Example, loaded the legs for stoppage racks, but didn't load the shelves. Not satisfied.

They showed up on time, however you are paying for one experienced mover and one helper at the same hourly rate. Movers were not in any hurry.

I hired them to pack a moving pod. I got a confirmation call shortly after the online booking to go over what I needed to be done. They were due between 10 and 11. I got a call about 9:15 letting me know they would be here around 10:30 and they were here within a few minutes of that time. Handled everything with care and did a great job packing boxes so that there would be little chance of anything moving around. They actually finished early and I was able to receive a credit towards final charge. They were very courteous and efficient. I would use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

Cody and Chris were fabulous. They arrived on time, worked hard, and, most of all, were exceedingly careful moving our furniture back in the house. We had just put in new floors and had the house freshly painted. We asked Cody and Chris to be careful and they did a great job. I would use them again in a minute.
