The four movers (including the owner of the company) arrived ten minutes before the scheduled window, giving us time to go over what needed to be packed. They brought extra moving supplies (which I needed because I underestimated the size of the job) and their own tools to take apart cribs and bookshelves. They worked very hard and took good care of my furniture. They were honest as well; they could have easily taken the money from my son's piggy bank that I had forgotten to pack away, but instead they handed it over to my mom and asked her to make sure I received it. I've worked with other movers in the past who were shady and would have definitely taken that money. Not only would I use them again, but I am scheduled to use them again and am very happy to do so!
