Everything was done as told. They were very professional and set the unloading with all smiles

They did an okay job, but they were just guys who knew nothing about furniture moving and putting boxes where they belong. It was just getting the boxes out of the POD with no real order or care. They were on time and worked hard, but were clueless. I would not use them again.

There seems to be a lot of miscommunication with this company. First they had the wrong address that doesn’t exist. Then the movers told me they were informed it was the bottom floor but I put one flight of stairs. The man and woman doing the unload were very nice (the only reason for any stars) but inefficient. I ended up moving quite a bit of the stuff myself to get it done in time and was still left with a garage full of boxes. When the owner called and wanted me to authorize the payment I told him about it and he didn’t seem to know what to say so he hung up. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company.

On time. McComb & Brandon are both nice and work hard. But the boss/office did not prepare them with strap to move the washer and dryer. But they managed to carry out the task. It will be nice if they are provided with lower back strap by the boss.
