They did not show up on time window and was 40min late after the time window. One worker showed up under the influence. They upload my furniture and drove to the second location and was late again. They unload me and left. I was over charged for the entire service, and I will not be using them again OR Hire a helper company. I called them to complain, and they offer no help or apology and only gave me $25 off the bill. The customer service was terrible especially the amount of money i spent to move.
