We hired 2 helpers and the first helper arrived on time and was ready to help when he got there. That is when they started our time which should have been started after the second helper arrived. We then waited for half an hour for the second helper to arrive because I only had large heavy things that needed 2 people. After half an hour I decided to just help the first person load our truck so that we didn't keep wasting time. When the truck was nearly full, the second helper arrived and had his headphones in the entire time. They only offered a $25 discount for the hour and a half the first helper wasn't there. In addition, I ended up doing what I hired someone else to do. Make sure they start the clock only after all of the people you hired have arrived.

After 1 hour they sent 2 more guys we were already at the new property.

I used this company over two weekends, so two different orders. The first weekend went fine, but the second weekend I was less than satisfied with the owner and the way he chose to handle things. The second weekend I booked 3 guys for two hours. The owner never called to confirm, so two days before I called him to confirm and he said all was good to go. Day of, two guys show up and tell me that the owner told them to tell me there would be no third person, and that they would instead work for 3 hours instead of two since they were down a man. The problem with this is, that a third person would have sped things up a lot, and I had a 8 hour drive ahead of me that day, so starting the day already behind on my timeline was very upsetting. The guys who showed up were great. They were professionals and knew what they were doing. My issue is not with them. When we got to the end of the third hour there was still around 45 min of work to do. Again, I believe with a third person this would have gone much faster. Instead of offering to have his guys do what needed to be done to get the job done, the owner called his guys (not me) and told them to let me know that I would be charged for any additional time over that third hour. This, to me, was just overall extremely poor customer service, and also felt that I was being penalized for the owners inability to deliver on what was promised. In my opinion this business owner is solely focused on money, and has zero focus on customer service. For that reason, I would never work with this company again.
