The positive:
Movers themselves were OK and worked through the difficulties of the building itself. I would rate them a 3.5 / 5.
The negative:
"Ray" or their company sent 3 employees when only two were hired. At the end, they requested additional money (albeit discounted) for the third person indicating the "job wouldn't have got done with 2."
The first person showed up on time. The other 2 showed up 30 minutes late and claimed that they got there about on time.

Two movers were sent. One of the movers, male, was fantastic and hard working; the other was not so much. Multiple times that they watched the mover and myself move items awaiting us to return near them to start.
The female mover also dropped/shattered glass items. They consistently bumped items / boxes against walls and corners.

Tony, Jesse, and Mack were absolutely great. Although the fourth guy did not show up, they were very efficient in maximizing with the time frame we had. 10/10.

Outstanding. Both guys were on time and professional. They loaded the truck independently while I stayed in my apartment to stage things to be brought down. They were fast, courteous, and did an outstanding job packing my things safely for a 700 mile drive. I unloaded my truck today and was extremely pleased with the care they took With all of my furniture to make sure that it was protected on the long drive. Absolutely recommend these guys anytime you need to move anywhere in Chicago.
