I highly recommend Burnett's Moving Services. I used them to unload furniture only. They contacted me prior to the move and kept in communication through the entire move process. Both movers were courteous and also helped assemble furniture at my new residence. Thank you Burnett's.

Pros - movers were extremely kind. They called a head and showed up on time.
Cons - very slow. I was charged for twice the time I originally estimated with the owner. Maybe one additional hour, but definitely not two. I am a military member and had numerous, large moves in my career. This was definitely the slowest.
- They positioned one box incorrectly. It fell and broke the contents of the box - one piece was an award I received in the Air Force that is irreplaceable.
- They scratched the door frame of my main door. This is a new build home with no scratches - I will have to sand and apply touch-up paint

This is a GREAT moving service! Due to a mix-up by PODs, I had to "tweak" the time for Burnetts and they were so accommodating . They arrived right on time both days, prepared and ready to go. They had to work so hard (my stuff - tons of it! - was a challenge and a pain) but they were incredibly patient and careful. Just a great crew of very nice, polite young men. I would definitely call them again for any moving services.

They called before arriving to tell me they were on their way. They arrived on time, assessed the task and got right to work. They finished the task at hand (packing a POD) in the scheduled amount of time. They did a great job!
