They were prepared for the job. Both worked very hard. Very courteous. Excellent at communicating with me and were respectful and good at managing my property. My PODS arrived and I have not opened all my boxes but from what I have opened- I have no complaints and think they did a great job. I would use them again and would highly recommend them if asked like this. I really appreciated them being responsive.

They showed up over an hour late, but did call to say they had been delayed by previous job. But when they did arrive, they finished the job completely and even quicker than expected. Overall it was a positive experience.

Team showed up promptly, were courteous and began quickly. Unfortunately that are the only positives. I paid for 3 hours because packing a pod must be done very strategically. All of our boxes were already in the garage, just larger furniture was left inside house. Only a few moving blankets were used and after an hour and a half the owner of company called MY phone tell them they needed to hurry to another job. Then they tell me they forgot we had a treadmill so they didnt pack appropriately but they had to go! What!? I was told (and it says on site) I would get a refund for unused hour and to call the boss. I had to pay junk haulers an additional 98 bucks to take things I wanted to keep. After 3 phones calls to owner he still hasnt attempted to make it right. What a stressful situation. Have a feeling well be filing insurance claims for our stuff next. Beware.
I apologize you feel we did not fulfill our obligation. The men were under the impression they were done, that is why they left. The POD was full. If you had a large piece that did not make it I apologize but there is only so much room in a single pod. We are professional movers, not miracle workers. I did receive a message that you were unhappy and so I attempted to send another crew out the following day to pull out some items and get the treadmill inside the POD. You refused our offer however I am more than willing to refund your unused time. I apologize I was not able to immediately return your calls. For moving companies the last week of the month is always the busiest, and during the summer it is absolutely slammed. It takes 24 hours for the payment to go through. As for paying another company to discard certain items, that was at your discretion. As for any potential damages, please let me know and I will address those accordingly IF there are damages.
