I had rental truck issues and weather issues. I had to re-schedule twice. They kept in communication with me and worked around my schedule and showed up on time. Moved and loaded my goods without any problems. I would use them again.

The lead packer seemed inexperienced. His 2 helpers did not wrap furniture with the plastic wrap and blankets that were provided. Several glass items were broken in transit due to the location in which they were placed....the glass table top was placed on the floor of the truck under a couch and arrived in several pieces.

The two young men, David and Pete, were really great. They were friendly and respected our property. They were very good a packing our truck. They worked hard and never stopped till the job was done. They arrived on time and actually finished the job with time to spare. I would recommend them and also hire them again.

My expectations were high from the last time I used HireaHelper. It was a different company that helped and they were awesome, but this one was very very slow. They did grab everything I asked them to when they had more than enough time. I am five months pregnant and had hoped not to move as much stuff as I did. It was a small move, but I still needed to help them in order to get it done. They were barely strong enough to finish the job and the truly slowed them down. One guy stood around and held the elevator while the other loaded it with boxes. There was one flight of stairs that would have been quicker to walk the boxes up. Short trips to grab a pillow or two. Very frustrated with their service and lack of care for my stuff. Nothing was broken so that's a plus but not at all what I expected. Will not use this loading company again. Helpful service my HireaHelper though.

The helpers were excellent. They did everything that was asked and did it with care. I have old heavy furniture and they made sure not to damage the furniture, the walls or woodwork. They were polite and asked questions so they could do a quick and efficient job. Definitely recommend.

When the lady arrived with the pod she did an excellent job of placing the pod on my property. But when the pod was picked up the driver tore up the front lawn about 5 feet along the side of the drive when he picked up the pod. When I asked about it I was told the driver was new.I have not heard anything about that as yet. I would appreciate a call about the damage to the lawn that was just thatched this year.
