My expectations were high from the last time I used HireaHelper. It was a different company that helped and they were awesome, but this one was very very slow. They did grab everything I asked them to when they had more than enough time. I am five months pregnant and had hoped not to move as much stuff as I did. It was a small move, but I still needed to help them in order to get it done. They were barely strong enough to finish the job and the truly slowed them down. One guy stood around and held the elevator while the other loaded it with boxes. There was one flight of stairs that would have been quicker to walk the boxes up. Short trips to grab a pillow or two. Very frustrated with their service and lack of care for my stuff. Nothing was broken so that's a plus but not at all what I expected. Will not use this loading company again. Helpful service my HireaHelper though.

The helpers were excellent. They did everything that was asked and did it with care. I have old heavy furniture and they made sure not to damage the furniture, the walls or woodwork. They were polite and asked questions so they could do a quick and efficient job. Definitely recommend.

When the lady arrived with the pod she did an excellent job of placing the pod on my property. But when the pod was picked up the driver tore up the front lawn about 5 feet along the side of the drive when he picked up the pod. When I asked about it I was told the driver was new.I have not heard anything about that as yet. I would appreciate a call about the damage to the lawn that was just thatched this year.

You can do better elsewhere. Poor communication and lack of attention to detail. Still using old GPS and got lost and directed to wrong location on day of move. Mixed bag on crew with one not being careful with furniture and resulted in damage. Firm offered to reimburse partial payment because of above and asked to wait a week. I followed-up with call after 2 weeks and no response. So, at 3 weeks on, assume I am being stiffed on reimbursement. Would have preferred they not offered anything than to have them just ignore me. Think twice before contracting with this firm as they are not what they claim to be.

They were late, but they called to let me know they would be. They were pretty slow to do the work and kept damaging the walls without saying anything about it. I had specifically asked on the phone that they assemble some furniture. Partway through the unload, I realized I could not trust them to do that, but at the end, they didn't even mention it. They didn't offer to lay anything down on the floor or wear booties to protect my carpet. I told them most of the boxes would say what room they needed to go to, but about half the time they just set them down in the main living area when the boxes needed to go upstairs. I had many boxes marked "fragile" that they either stacked other boxes on top of or that were stacked on top of boxes that could not hold their weight. I was very disappointed and now have wall damage that needs to be fixed.
