I cannot say enough good things about my experience with 3B Helpers. They were a little early, came prepared, and worded extremely hard!! Bishop and Austin were incredibly thoughtful, respectful and diligent in their work. Not only that, but they were kind, compassionate and showed immense empathy and understanding, as I had hurt my back the night before and couldn't lift anything. I was so distraught at my circumstances, but they reassured me not to worry, it would all be okay. It was more than okay! Not only did they not take any break, but only accepted one bottle of water from me. They packed the truck expertly, tying off at each section, so my belongings wouldn't fall and break. I moved 4 hrs away, had my car on the auto transport, and not one item was damaged in any way, and I had a lot of antiques and fragile items. I could not have made it here without them. They made a difficult situation, not only bearable, but pleasant, because of their manners, sense of humor, and kindness. I cannot say enough good things about them. Wonderful company, wonderful helpers, and a wonderful experience!! Thank you, Bishop and Austin!!

They were friendly and got the job done. 2 of the 3 helpers did well, but my 66 year old mother did more heavy lifting than the third guy. He also dropped a few things and instead of being apologetic, he was very dismissive and just said "ah, I'm sure it's fine". For the amount I spent, I expected more.
