Pierre and crew did an amazing job loading our house into two large PODS. They took great care with our furniture to wrap and pad it. We can hardly believe they fit all those household belongings into the PODS. The entire crew was very polite and respectful. I would highly recommend MD Expert Movers for your moving needs. I'll also note that we were pleased by the check-in call from Sarah the day before to confirm our loading crew.

Not the quality service we expected. They showed up 30 minutes after the 1 hour window. Two of the guys clearly had no experience doing it. They needed to be constantly told what to do even though we went over everything at the beginning. And still stuff was taken to the wrong spot. They were careful with our stuff and they were polite.

To quote my husband, the two gentlemen that came to help us played the world's best game of Tetris. He was completely amazed at how efficiently they were able to pack our storage pod and thrilled with the care they took in packing our belongings. Company had their first set of helpers have a car issue, the communicated promptly and sent a 2nd team in their place. The team was efficient, courteous, and honored my requests for certain items. Load and unload went smoothly. We went over the allotted time, but they made me aware and I understood bc of the amount of items. Great group of guys.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
