The guys were great. They were on time, called about 20 minutes before arriving, and were prepared for the job. Work went at a good pace and everything went great. They were careful with wrapping up furniture and fragile items. I would use them again if I'm ever in the area.

Would not really recommend. Hired one of the most expensive on the site but they were slow and deliberate slowed down to make more hours. Did not have power tools to disassemble the furniture. Horrible experience for sure. A simple 3 hour job was pushed in 5 hours.

The crew was early, worked hard and generally did a good job.
They were a little too energetic at times, taking boxes before we had finished packing them, and rushing us along.
I am missing two tools, an Opinel knife and a Leatherman multi-tool. Since I won't get my PODS back for months, I won't know for certain if I still have them. But I had them out where I could use them while we were moving and didn't have them after the crew departed for the day.

Felix and Pierre were on time and worked very hard. It took an additional hour but it was necessary and everything was completed, whereas I thought I would have to do much more after they were done. They also let me know that there was plenty of space in the POD so if there were additional items I wanted to take, just let them know. I was able to take much more than I thought, which will save me when I get to my destination. Thanks you so much!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
