The two movers arrived on time, ready to work. They did a quick walk-through, assessed the boxes and furniture to be moved into the Pod. They hustled and worked quickly and professionally to wrap, pack, and secure my boxes and furniture. Additionally, they took special care to secure my 15 ft kayak. The movers were professional, polite, and quick. I would highly recommend MD Expert Movers to assist with your move. It was the easiest moving experience I have had. (Note: -I've relocated 6 times in the last 10 years.)

The crew that came to the house to pack our POD was great. They did a great job of protecting our furniture and got alot more packed in the POD than we expected. The only problem was the estimated time to complete the work was way off so the costs were higher than expected. The crew worked diligently so it wasn't a matter of a good use of time, it just took them longer to complete the work than estimated.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
