The guys that came out were friendly and courteous. But they advised it would take an hour to finish up and 3 hours later the pod looked like stuff was just thrown in it with spaces and gaps . Stuff had to left out because they couldn’t fit it in the pod. Not very with them at all.

The guys that came out on the July 19th, Where very polite and friendly. But as far as work went they were very slow. The pod wasn’t packed very good and it seemed they took forever. I called the company and spoke with Sara and asked for them to not return, When the new pod arrived on the 24th. Sara advised me to call HIREAHELPER
AND THATS WHAT I DID. I advised them of the problem and asked for those guys to not come back.Well they showed up on July 24th and it was an. 8ft pod. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
