The guys arrived early and started the move process right away. They were so nice and worked very fast. They took great care when moving my items and helped me to set up my kitchen table and also helped me to place pads on all of the furniture so as not to harm my new floors. They finished up earlier than expected and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

These people helped us to unload our stuffs from the truck, they supposed to help us to assemble the furnitures, but they were chatting in the basement instead, ends up I have to pay an extra hour for it and do the jobs by myself after they left. Also, there were careless for the furnitures and the stuffs they were handling. Don‘t use this company, I will not use this company if I need the service again next time.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
