These guys were awesome! They showed up on time, called me telling giving me updates on what time they would arrive. I live on the 4th floor of an apartment complex hey doesn't have an elevator, which meant going up 5 flights of stairs. These guys didn't complain once, which says a lot. I had a 20 ft Uhaul completely filled, and they got everything upstairs in 45 minutes! They handled my items with care, and assembled my bed frame. These guys were awesome, I'll call them again when I move!

Ok. One of the most expensive. They came the 3 movers were not professional. I had to ask them to help me to unpack and unwrap my bed large glass table tops. They were here done well before my time ran out and then those bastards had the nerve to try to charge my card for an extra hour! They were barely here the three hours contracted. Horrible horrible. They never contacted me to confirm my booking. I had to do that. they advertised as professional movers. But one if the guys did not have any moving experience. As the other kept telling him how to do things. I wish there was a lower score. A bunch of crooks. So unprofessional. Do not use!!!

Great work. Three men showed up at the expected hour and were ready to get right to work. Though we had drinks and snacks for them, they only took modest breaks in passing and were done with the work well ahead of schedule. They were easy to work with, were careful with all the moves, and I would hire them again without a second thought. Good job, guys.

The two gentlemen who spent 4 hours moving our belongs and packing the 16 ft POD were very courteous, super careful with all the items - very big, small, and delicate, and continuously worked - which made us feel a little guilty by just watching , not to say the least. we could not have gotten better service .. Highly recommend !!!!! We would rate then as 6 Stars !!!!

I hired this crew to assist my daughter and her husband in their loading for a long distance move. I needed to know that a professional crew was doing the loading. My daughter reported that they were on-time and worked hard and non-stop. The result was a perfectly packed truck that moved-out on-time! I'd recommend them anytime!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
