My helpers arrived on time and worked hard the entire time they were here. They packed our belongings carefully and carried boxes from the basement and filled our storage container as full as it could possibly get. I would definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

This was an awesome experience. The movers were on time and well-prepared. I planned ahead as much as i could to make their job easier and my efforts were well rewarded. They packed everything up fast. With me driving the truck and using roads that were in disrepair, I was concerned about things falling and breaking, but the way things were packed, I doubt anything moved during transit at all. Nothing was damaged and if I ever move again, these guys are the only company I will trust. Thanks again for an awesome experience.

Dominique, J.P. and Pierre worked tirelessly and professionally to pack our two POD containers securely and they made sure to leave us some space at the end to pack a few extra boxes ourselves before the PODs are shipped. They are experts. They are polite, good-natured and friendly. It is clear they enjoy their work and take pride in a job well done. I wish we could take them with us to unload our stuff at the other end of our move.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
