Polite, timely, quick and prepared for the project. Though towards the end of packing the trailer they did not appear to be very buttoned up - items and boxes were loaded somewhat haphazardly, which I did not see until the next morning in the light. In their defense, it was cold, snowy and dark for loading. However, they should have come prepared with some headlamps or flashlights to ensure a tighter pack and better use of space.

If you need a helping hand then hire Helping Hand LLC.We had an ice storm on moving day and they still arrived within the time frame specified. I totally underestimated the time to move and despite taking 3 hours longer than I had thought they got the job done. The rental truck company short changed me on the size of the truck and they made it all fit. Everything arrived to the new place unpacked without issue. Put huge pulls in brand new berber carpet in bedroom and one in the hall.as a result of a nail protruding from the bottom of bed frame foot board. They knew it was pulling and put nothing under it. I was the one to put a piece of cardboard under the area...you could hear it ripping at the carpet every time the foot board was lifted. Four pulls total and thee would have been more if I wouldn't have put the cardboard under the foo board.
Broke the leg on my cheval mirror. This item wasn't on the inventory list to be moved. I was going to move it myself to avoid anything from happening. Had it wrapped up to transport and broke the leg off while moving it down the steps.

These two gentlemen were wonderful. I can say they were the best part of my moving experience. I was really worried about them showing up on time but they were ten minutes early and even called ahead of time. They were so good, I hired them the next day too. They worked really hard and at a point my boyfriend and I were overwhelmed on how to pack the truck. Daniel stepped up to the plate and took over. We couldn't believe how much fit. They were down to earth, joked a bit but worked their butts off while having fun. I would highly recommend them if you can get them. Thank you for a wonderful job!

The crew showed up on time, was very professional. They did both Loading and Unloading at different times and locations.
On the UNLOADING however, a glass table top was broken; preliminary conversation suggested that may have happen during transportation. However, when I saw the video tape (parking lot of the community is monitored), it is clear that the table top was broken by the crew, although not on purpose but nevertheless. I thought they have insurance for those very unfortunate circumstances. However, I was misled to think they were not responsible. I would very much like to have my tabletop replaced.

The provider was about a half hour late but not a big deal, probably traffic. Was a lot of help and I would use him again. Next time I'll probably use two guys and just watch.

The helpers arrived 3.5 hours AFTER the confirmed time. I called the contact after 30 minutes who assured me the team would arrive in 30 minutes. Neither did this happen or did the contact call me to explain why. He, Instead, passed my number on to someone else who was "helping him out" by picking up the workers and bringing them to my house. This person did call after his arrival time estimate had passed to tell me he was on the way. The workers were helpful and did what I asked, But they did move a dresser and were unable to replace the drawers back into place. I now have a dresser where I wanted it but with a missing drawer...not very useful or attractive. I will never use this service again and certainly do not recommend them to anyone else.
